Refund Policy

We want to provide our customers with a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy in place that allows you to return the product for a refund or an exchange.

Refund terms and conditions:

  • The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of non-compliance of the product.
  • ONANY reserves the right to refuse a refund if the conditions are not met.

Refund procedure:

  • The customer must contact ONANY customer service to indicate their intention to return the product.
  • Customer Service will send the customer a prepaid return label if the return is due to product nonconformity or if the product is defective.
  • The customer must send the returned product to the address indicated by customer service, using the prepaid return label provided if applicable.
  • Once the product has been received and verified, the ONANY company will issue a refund or exchange within 14 days.

Exceptions to the refund policy:

  • Personalized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for reimbursement, except in the event of non-compliance of the product.
  • Food products, such as coffee beans or capsules, are not eligible for reimbursement for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
