General condition of sale

Purpose: The ONANY company offers the sale of coffee online through its website, including a variety of types of coffee in beans, ground or in capsules, as well as accessories and equipment related to the preparation of coffee.

Price: The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes and excluding delivery costs. ONANY reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices applied are those in force at the time of validation of the order. Promotional offers are valid while stocks last. The prices charged by ONANY are deemed confidential and may not be disclosed under any circumstances.

Orders: Orders are placed via our website and are confirmed by email. ONANY reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a shortage of stock or a payment problem. In the event of an error in entering the order information, the customer may contact ONANY to request a correction. ONANY reserves the right not to follow up on an order which appears to have been placed by a third party, without the customer's prior agreement.

Payment: Payments are made by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. Payment is required at the time of validation of the order. All transactions are secured using a data encryption system. In the event of payment by cheque, this must be sent to the address indicated by ONANY, which reserves the right to ship the order only after cashing the cheque.

Delivery: Delivery is made by carrier, to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery costs are indicated when ordering and may vary depending on weight and destination. ONANY undertakes to deliver the order in the shortest possible time, generally between 2 and 5 working days from the confirmation of the order. However, in the event of a delay in delivery beyond the control of ONANY, the latter cannot be held responsible. In the event of loss or deterioration of the goods during transport, the responsibility of the ONANY company can only be engaged if the customer has reported the problem to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.

Right of withdrawal: The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legislation in force. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of non-compliance of the product. In the event of a return for non-conformity of the product, ONANY undertakes to reimburse the customer as soon as possible.

Guarantee: The products sold by ONANY benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and a legal guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-compliance or a hidden defect, the customer may contact ONANY to request the replacement or reimbursement of the defective product. The warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or normal wear and tear of the product.

Intellectual property: All the elements of the ONANY website, whether visual or sound, as well as the associated trademarks and logos are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, total or partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior authorization of ONANY. The customer undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights of ONANY and not to use the protected elements without prior written authorization. In the event of violation of these rights, ONANY reserves the right to take legal action against any person responsible for the violation.
